Cerelia

Cerelia is a family run winery, dedicated in both the vineyard and winery. We opened our doors July ‘09 in Cawston, which is located in the Similkameen Valley. Our family has worked hard to cultivate this 20 acres of virtually bare land into, a beautiful winery estate.

We are a hand’s on family, right from pruning – to mowing – to picking - to racking - to bottling, you name it we are the gears that propel this winery and make our wines so unique.

The name Cerelia comes from ancient Rome, and is a name of an ancient festival in honor of the goddess Ceres, the roman goddess of harvest. In the ancient Roman traditions, offerings were given, for the thanks and continued abundance of the crops each year.
